No complains at all, the venue met expectations, cant recommend it highly enough it. The room was neat and new-fashioned in general, for a great shower. We had an electric kettle and glassware in the room. The location close to restaurants was absolutely perfect for us.

The hotel was in a magnificent and absolutely perfect location, close to light rail station. We liked our great value and nice styled room on level 8.

The place was beautiful and fabulous, with its affable staff who understand the ultimate level of customer service. Incredible central location near the CBD, the tram line and the harbour side shopping centre and the harbour restaurant strip.

The hotel was fairly clean and had incredibly kind and amazingly nice staff. I was offered a room with great views of the city. That property was in a great and incredible location, to everything on darling harbour. Loved their complimentary drinks, served in the champagne bar. The service here was excellent. Had the option to leave my car nearby.

Spacious units with wine and a bath plus a harbour view, and the staff were consistently courteous. This incredibly beautiful hotel had a central setting on the Gold Coast.

Great way to end our trip. Fabulous, clean place with affable staff who understand the ultimate level of customer service. Incredible spot near to darling harbour, the Ferris Wheel and the outskirts of the city. A wide range of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The hotel was gorgeous and modern, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, loved the fantastic location short walk to CBD and Central Station, and the outskirts of the city. The room was very well furnished and reasonably spacious, with bathtub. The breakfast was marvellous, the check in was smooth. Food in the champagne bar was excellent:)))

Booked a room on level 8. Everywhere there was fairly clean, the staff were pretty friendly people in the club.

Great value for money and stylish units with bathtub, stunning views and an excellent view. Beautiful, excellent location in Sydney, just off most tourist places in Sydney CBD, and Central Station.

We enjoyed the amazing city views from our smartly laid out Harbour View room. The hotel's location was perfect for attending the Hamilton Musical at the nearby Lyric Theatre. Darling Harbour has improved a lot, with plenty of dining options available. We highly recommend trying Blue Fish for breakfast and Criniti's for dinner. The hotel is also conveniently close to Barangaroo Reserve, where we had a fantastic lunch at the Meat and Wine Co.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints.
